Tailoring Service Policies
Welcome to Willem H Atelier. We're committed to providing a seamless tailoring experience. Here are our key policies to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
1. Appointments & Booking
- Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked online at least two days in advance.
- No Booking Fee: The consultation is free. There is no deposit and no charge for the visit, anywhere we serve in the GTA.
- Punctuality: We arrive on time. If your tailor is running more than 15 minutes late, we will let you know as soon as we do and rearrange at your convenience.
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations: There is nothing to forfeit. We only ask that you tell us as early as you can, so the time can go to someone else.
- Location: Willem H Atelier mobile tailoring service is only available within the GTA.
2. Service & Payment
- In Person Consultation: Your tailor will meet with you to take your measurements.
- Pricing: You pay the product price only. There is no charge for the visit or for travel within the GTA.
- Measurement Storage: We securely keep a record of your measurements on file to make future orders easier and more efficient.
3. Delivery & Timeline
Your order will be delivered approximately 8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
4. Fit Guarantee
- Our Commitment: We thoroughly inspect each garment before shipping to ensure it matches your measurements and style specifications.
- Alteration Request: If your garment does not fit as expected, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt.
- Resolution: Provide a brief description of the issue and we will handle the alterations to achieve your desired fit.
- Please Note: We do not provide refunds on garments.
