Tailoring Service Policies
Welcome to Willem H Atelier. We're committed to providing a seamless tailoring experience. Here are our key policies to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
1. Appointments & Booking
- Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked online at least two days in advance.
- Booking Fee: A $30 booking fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is credited toward your final bill.
- Punctuality Guarantee: If your tailor is more than 15 minutes late, your $30 booking fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Canceling with less than 6 hours' notice or failing to show up will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
- Location: Willem H Atelier mobile tailoring service is only available within the GTA.
2. Service & Payment
- In-Person Consultation: Your tailor will meet with you to take your measurements.
- Pricing: The charge will be the product price only, as the mobile tailoring service fee is covered by your booking fee.
- Measurement Storage: We securely keep a record of your measurements on file to make future orders easier and more efficient.
3. Delivery & Timeline
Your order will be delivered approximately 8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
4. Fit Guarantee
- Our Commitment: We thoroughly inspect each garment before shipping to ensure it matches your measurements and style specifications.
- Alteration Request: If your garment does not fit as expected, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt.
- Resolution: Provide a brief description of the issue and we will handle the alterations to achieve your desired fit.
- Please Note: We do not provide refunds on garments.
